Initial evaluations, office visits, follow-ups, and fittings are all included in the cost of your device. Our staff will work with your insurance company to determine if your prescribed device is covered.
Unfortunately, certain insurance plans do not cover some devices. We will determine individual policy limitations. We will explain fees due and set up a payment plan based on your circumstances.
